This allows it to easily handle long pipeline oil delivery or high-viscosity thin oil environments. The heavier, robust housing structure (starting at 4.2kg) ensures exceptional mechanical stability during prolonged, high-frequency operations. To complement the high-pressure system, the BTD-A2 omits the 2L tank and is equipped with 3L-8L large capacities, reducing refilling frequency in heavy-duty production settings. Performance and characteristics  

1,The system is configured with 3 action modes.

a.lubrication: when turning on, execute lubrication timing.

b.Intermittent execute intermittent timing after lubrication is completed(Tme unt convertible)

c. Memory: in case of power on after power off, resume incomplete intermittent time.

lubrication time and intermittent time can be adjusted. (Built-in locking function,and lubrication and intermittent time after setting is locked).

2,Provided with liquid level switch and pressure switch (optional). When oilvolume or pressure is insufficient, the beeper makes sound, send alarmand offers abnormal signal output.

a.When pressure is insufficient, Erp is displayed.

b.When liquid level is insufficient, Ero is displayed.

3,The system time can be configured, LUB lubrication time: 1-999 (seconds)INT intermittent time: 1-999 (minutes) (tailored if specially required)

4,The panel indicator displays lubrication and intermittent status.

5,The system uses RST key to force lubrication or eliminate abnormal reportingsignal.
